<p>PURPOSE:To reutilize the vulcanized scrap rubber which has not been easily reclaimed according to the conventional techniques, by compounding a dissolved material prepared through partial surface swelling of a mixture of vulcanized scrap rubber with a petroleum process oil into a raw material rubber. CONSTITUTION:A dissolved material, prepared by swelling only the surface of 100pts.wt. pulverized vulcanized scrap rubber of particle size <=5mu with 50- 200pts.wt. of petroleum process oil at 100-200 deg.C (in a mixer), is mixed with raw material rubber and then a vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator, reinforcing agent, and filler.</p> |
