PURPOSE:To increase the delay time and to make small the size of unit, by using insulation material having greater dielectric constant as the insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:At the external circumeference of the center conductor 3, which is constituted by winding the coil 2 at the external circumference of the magnetic core 1, the insulation layer 4 is constituted by longitudinally adding the calcogen fiber 7 constituted with the As-S, As-Se, As-S-Se system calcogen glass fiber. In this case, if air layer is present among the fiber 7, the equivalent specific dielectirc constance is reduced, then a number of fibers 7 are closely added longitudinally. As a result, the capacitance of the insulation layer is increased to obtain the delay time doubled and the units incorporated can be made equally small in size. |
