PURPOSE:To enable accurate end simple execution of paper feed to a desired position by providing the first switch to generate a signal for commanding feed of the first line or continuous paper feed at low speed, and the second switch to generate a signal for commanding continuous paper feed at high speed. CONSTITUTION:When the first switch 22 is pressed, a soft timer is activated, and whether or not the first switch 22 is pressed for a specified time based on the data of the timer is determined while a count value is counted up one by one. Then a signal for commanding feed of a single line is issued, if a specified time is not reached, and the feed of a single line is executed by CPU 26. If the first switch 22 continues to be pressed for more than a specified time, a signal for commanding continuous paper feed at low speed is issued, and every single paper feed is continuously executed at low speed. If the second switch 23 continuous to be pressed for more than a specified time, a signal for commanding continuous paper feed at high speed is issued to execute every single paper feed continuously at high speed. |
