<p>PURPOSE:To enable continuous manufacture of hard synthetic resin foamed heat- insulating board using essentially steel-foil based surfacial material by dispersing the concentrated distortion of uneven surfaced steel foil and providing regularity. CONSTITUTION:Distortion attributed to center elongation and lug elogation of steel foil causes width-wise irregular corrugated state on hard synthetic foamed heat- insulating board's surface. Therefore, prior to spraying foaming body solution 4 on surfacial material 1 based on steel foil with the assistance of sprayer 3, uneven folding line is provided by folding-line imprinter 7 centering around the width- wise direction of surfacial material 1. In this way, concave distortion is regularly absorbed parallel to the said folding line, correcting distortion on steel-foil sheets.</p> |
