发明名称 THERMAL TRANSFER RECORDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the separation of a filler and improve the sensitivity of gradation recording at low density by using powder magnetic material as a filler and providing a magnetic attraction means near a thermal head, in ink sheet for thermal transfer recording. CONSTITUTION:Ink sheet for thermal transfer recording 13 consists of an ink layer 13 formed on a base 11, and the ink layer contains an optical filler consisting of dye, low-melting point material and powder magnetic material. The ink layer 12 melts by energization to a thermal head 21, forming characters on recording paper. A small magnet 22 with a coil of superconducting material is provided on the thermal head 21, generating a magnetic field by energization. This magnetism penetrates the base 11, causing a line of magnetic force to influence the magnetic powder material in the ink layer 12 and attract it. Conse quently, the ink layer 2 is attracted to the base 11 side, so that it does not come off. In addition, if energy in the thermal head is reduced, heat conductors to the ink layer 12 efficiently and thus gradation recording at low density is performed with high accuracy.
