<p>PURPOSE:To wind coil uniformly on inner circumference of iron core in full in piling up, by providing flanges at the edge parts of coil in a split type current transformer. CONSTITUTION:A clamp 10 is formed through an insulation 16 so as to cover outer circumference surface and edge side of iron core 1, and flanges 11, 11' made of plastic resin etc. is set on both edge parts of the clamp 10. The flanges 11, 11' are -shaped being opened inside, and the the one of flange 11 is fixed on a metal fitting 4, which is jointed with main axis 13 of winding machine 12 consisting of motor and reduction gears, through a tap hole made in the flange by a bolt 15. Winding of coil is made by rotating the main axis 13 of winding machine.</p> |
