PURPOSE:To decolor the sewage treating water effectively and economically, by adding oxidizer to the one hand of dilution water at least adding at before and behind of air exposure vessel, at the time of separating solid from liquid at the precipitation vessel and decoloring the supernatant liquid after diluting the sewage with water and carrying out microorganism treatment in the air exposure vessel. CONSTITUTION:Primary treating water obtained by aerobic digestion or anaerobic digestion after removing precipitate or dust etc. in raw sewage or sludge containing the sewage, is put in the air exposure vessel 2 with dilution water from the piping 1. Aerobic microorganism treatment is carried out in the vessel 2 and the above water is put in the precipitation vessel 4 and then, solid is separated from liquid. On this occasion, the water mixed the oxidizer, such as ozone etc., in the mixer 8, is used for the dilution water adding for the process at before and behind of the vessel 2. Supernatant liquid precipitated and removed the solid pollutant, such as Fe or Mn oxide etc., in the vessel 4, is oxidized by oxidizing agent, such as ozone etc., at the oxidizing apparatus 5 and organic coloring matter is decolored. Lastly, the above liquid is introduced in the sterilizing vessel 7 directly and is discharged after carrying out chlorine sterilizing treatment. |
