<p>PURPOSE:To prevent floating at the plating, etc. and obtain superior activity by putting base material into heated flux to preheat the material then putting the same in molten aluminum to plate it, thence eluting aluminum. CONSTITUTION:Denitrating base material 5 made of austenite base stainless steel is put in heated flux 6 to remove oxides on surface and be preheated. Next, the base material 5 is pulled up and is put into molten aluminum 8 to plate aluminum on the surface of the base material 5, whereby layer-form material is obtained. Next, this base material 5 is pulled up and air-cooled, thence the cooled layer- form material is dipped in an acid or alkali aqueous solution as in ordinary process to allow aluminum to elute into the aquenous solution, whereby the catalyst active layer composed of porous oxide is formed.</p> |
