PURPOSE:To set proper molding conditions easily by judging whether it is a condition for continuing the operation or not from the time integral value of the current value supplied to a motor or the time integral value of the current value supplied to the motor multiplied by the revolution speed of the motor. CONSTITUTION:Current to be supplied to a motor 18 during the molding cycle is sensed by a current sensor 30 and the sensed current value is time-integrated by an integrator 32 during one molding cycle. The integral value found by the integrator 32 is compared with the reference value from a reference value setting device 36 in a comparison device 34. In case the integral value from the integrator 32 is smaller than the reference value from the reference value setting device 36, a signal is not put out of the comparison device 34. When the integral value is more than the reference value, a signal is put out to an indicator 38 and actuates the same. When the indicator 38 is actuated and the operation is continued, a safety circuit is actuated to stop the operation, and the forming conditions, therefore, should be altered preliminarily. |
