<p>This invention relates to new pyrazolo4,3-e!1,2,4!-triazolo4,3-c!pyrimidines having the general formula wherein R1 and R2 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, a salt forming ion, -?-lower alkyl, lower alkyl or substituted lower alkyl wherein the lower alkyl substituent is hydroxy, cyano, phenyl, -?-O-lower alkyl, -?-R4, or ; R4 is lower alkyl or phenyl, R5 and R6 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl or R5 and R6 together with the nitrogen form one of the heterocyclic radicals pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholino or piperazino: and R7 and R8 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl and a process for preparing these compounds which are useful as antiinflammatory agents.</p> |
