PURPOSE:To make it possible to knead a material to be mixed which is contained in a vessel while wire rods sliding on the wall surface of the vessel, by rotating at a high speed the plural wire rods attached axially to a rotatable cylinder body. CONSTITUTION:Plural wear-resistant wire rods 2 are attached to the end surface of a cylinder body 1 axially in parallel or in tapering manner. The number of the wire rods is pref. about 20. Fitting of the wire rods on the concentric circles makes possible smooth high-speed rotation. A material to be kneaded is put into a vessel 7, and a motor 5, to which is fixed the rotation shaft 11 of the cylinder 1 at the top end of the shaft thereof, is rotated at a high speed, so that the top end of the wire rods becomes wider so as to increase the kneading area, thereby conducting mixing. Bringing the wire rods 2 closer to the wall surface of the vessel 7 causes kneading while each wire rod sliding on the wall surface of the vessel 7 and scrapes down the material adhered to the wall surface. |
