The door assembler has an endless horizontal feed chain. This supports pivoted gauges which are independent of the chain and movable. There is a loading and feeding assembly of cross pieces and supports to make up the doors and pass to the gauges. There are two longitudinal horizontal side tracks for the supports, near the gauges, placed for assembly of all the door parts. Each gauge has cross flat retractable claws to handle a set of lined up parts.
