PURPOSE:A plurality of aqueous sols are extruded out of multiple-pipe-orifices to form multilayered granules similar to fish roes. CONSTITUTION:In order to make triple-layred artificial roes similar to salmon roe, an oily substance such as vegetable or animal fat is extruded from the innermost hole of the orifices and edible aqueous sols from the middle and outermost holes respectively, then the resulting liquid drops are made into gels with a chemical gelation agent of aqueous polyvalent metals, saccharides, sugar alcohols, organic acids, organic esters, formaldehyde or smoking solution. |
