PURPOSE:To make it possible to solve various problems based on the lengthening of the distance between the detecting element and the preamplifier without imparing geometrical vividness in the film by thinning the entire part of the detector, and placing a PC plate near to the preamplifier. CONSTITUTION:Since a semiconductor radiation detecting element 2C is used, and, at the same time, wires 3C and 4C are formed by connecting and fixing thereto aluminum foils, the entire part of the X-ray detector is thin. For this reason, geometrical vividness of the film is not impaired. Even in the case where the distance between the detecting element 3C and the preamplifier is inevitably lengthened for combining them with a photographing bookie table base, the PC plate 5 is arranged in the vicinity of the preamplifier. After once concentrating the lead-out wires 3C and 4C to the PC plate 5, the connection of the detecting element 2C to the preamplifier is carried out. For this reason, even when the detector has a plurality of lead- out wires 3A-3C and 4A-4C, the processing is easy and the increase of the floating capacity and short-circuiting trouble are brought forth.
