PURPOSE:To average the injection amount to each inlet pipe from the nozzle by arranging one injection nozzle within the surge tank which is provided at the junction of each inlet pipe in the multi-cylindered engine having a plurality of inlet pipes. CONSTITUTION:Surge tank 3 is coupled to an air introducing delivery duct 1 through a throttle valve 2. At the bottom of this tank 3, branched openings 5a- 5d of a plurality of inlet pipes 6a-6d are disposed in the substantially symmetrical form and each inlet pipe 6 is in communication with each cylinder 7a-7d, respectively. A fuel nozzle 4 including an auxiliary air channel (not shown) is inserted within the tank 3 and the nozzle 4 is located at the center of the openings 5a-5d of each inlet pipe 6. |
