摘要 PURPOSE:To enable high speed and accurate control by controlling a toe angle through oscillations of an oscillating arm with expansion and contraction of a cylinder and rotation of a toe angle control rod, thereby performing operation at a high speed at the time of full stroke mode of the arm while at a low speed at the time of other oscillation modes. CONSTITUTION:In a device where the length of a lateral link is expanded and contracted by rotating a toe angle control rod 950 around the axial line, thereby a toe angle is changed, the rod 950 is provided at a clamp-free oscillation arm 952, which is oscillated by a cylinder 953. In performing toe angle control operation, required oscillation times of the arm 952 is computed by means of an operation means 956 based on an actual toe angle value and a toe angle value set. At the time of oscillations caused by full stroke mode of the arm 952, a cylinder 953 is operated at a high speed, and at the time of other oscillations than the former, it is controlled to be operated at a low speed by means of a cylinder speed control means 957.
