Table top board game - in which rotating arms move ball rolled down tube onto numbered plates

The game of skill uses radial arms which rotate on a vertical axle and whose free extremities each carry a small flat plate which moves a ball. The ball is rolled on to a board down a guide tube which is independent of the board and can be placed in any position. The guide tube is like a gutter and is curved with a radius slightly greater than that of the ball. The board has numbered lates on it which are placed on the circle described by the free extremity of the arms.
