The container is made from rigid material and has a discharge tap (3) fitted to the nozzle (2). The container has a vent (16) mounted at the top end of the container. The container is divided into two compartments by the flexible membrane (10) which is opened to the vent. The perforated tube (14) penetrates to the bottom of the container and allows air to fill the sealed space above the liquid.
