<p>The meter for measuring liquid flow comprises a casing (10) which is cylindrical, with inlet and outlet tubes (11, 12) 12) connected to a measuring chamber (13). Above the measuring chamber is an upper cylindrical part of the housing coaxial with the lower part (13) which houses the mechanical counter. In the base of the lower part (13) is a bearing (19) which supports a vertical axle (21). A turbine (20) is mounted to turn this axle in the flow of the liquid. An intermediate plate (22) covers the measuring chamber and provides a second bearing (23) for the axle. The axle passes up through the intermediate plate (22) into the counter chamber which houses a reduction gear (35) and a numerical display (32). This upper part is covered by a clear lid which fits down onto the flange surrounding the intermediate plate. A sealing ring (26) fits between these two parts.</p> |
