PURPOSE:To prevent local turbulence of the material eliminating seizure by making the inner surface of the through-hole on the cylinder and the outer surface of the screw polygonal shape while the angular corners thereof are shaped in a sine-curve. CONSTITUTION:In a kneading extruder having the inner surface of the through- hole of the cylinder 1 and the outer surface of the screw polygonal, the angular corners and slant parts are replaced with a sine-curve in shape. The cylinder 1 and the screw 2 is made to take a special shape to eliminate any sharp change in the shape the inner surface of the through-hole of the cylinder 1 and the outer surface of the screw 2. Thus, there is no local turbulence of the synthetic resin material, thereby preventing troubles such as seizure and the like of the material. |
