La présente invention concerne un suppositoire à base de demi fumarate monohydraté d'alcool formylamino-3-hydroxy-4- alpha -ØN-(méthyl-1-p-méthoxyphényl-2-éthyl)aminométhylõ-benzylique BD-40A. Conformément à l'invention le demi fumarate monohydraté d'alcool formylamino-3-hydroxy-4- alpha -ØN-(méthyl-1-p-méthoxyphényl-2-éthylaminométhylõ-benzylique BD-40A est mis en composition avec de la polivinylpyrrolidone et au moins un des composés du groupe constitué par la cyclodextrine, le dextrane et le métasilicate-aluminate de magnésium ensemble avec une base pour suppositoire. L'invention permet d'obtenir un suppositoire stable.
