<p>PURPOSE:To improve switching efficiency while improving a power loss due to a relay current by connecting an inductance element to the base of a complementary transistor and then by interposing a diode between the input and output of this inductance element. CONSTITUTION:Even if a current based upon the charge of coil 17a constituting a low-pass filter would try to flow through transistor 9 or 15 right after pulse-width- modulated signal supplied to the connection point of emitters of transistors 15 and 16 changes from a negative voltage to a positive voltage or oppositely, it is cut off by diodes 21a and 21b and flows through diodes 19 and 20. In addition, the time when transistors 15 and 16 turn on is delayed by coils 22 and 24, but since diodes 21a and 21b are interposed, the time is not delayed and at the same time, the ON time can be eliminated.</p> |
