The bolt has a collar at the free end engaging behind the blade, a mounting portion passing through a hole in the rotor collar, and an external screwed portion joining onto the mounting portion and accommodating a locknut. The collar on the bolt and the aperture in the blade are both non-round, so that the blade can only be fitted and removed in one position. A rotary eccentric (12) is mounted on the cylindrical bearing portion (4) of the bolt (1), and extends through the mounting aperture of the blade (2), which turns on it. The mounting portion (5) of the bolt is non-round., as is the opening in the rotor collar (14) so that it cannot turn a plate spring (13) fits round the bearing portion of the bolt between the eccentric and the collar on the rotor (15). |
