<p>PURPOSE:To further complete the regeneration of an adsorbent bed and improve the adsorption strength by maintaining the concentration of gas for regeneration use in the former half of the adsorption period for the regeneration of the adsorbent at a temperature higher than the adsorption temperature by a specific value, and supplying the gas to the absorbent. CONSTITUTION:A pressure fluctuation type adsorbing device comprises adsorption towers A1 and A2, changeover valves B1-B8 for changing the towers A1 and A2 over to the adsorption period and desorption period, reproduction gas heater C, and a reproduction gas flowpath changeover valve D. Valves B1-B8 can be automatically changed over in a predetermined sequence. In the above described organization, the raw material gas is caused to flow to a tower A1, and simultaneously the regeneration gas is caused to flow to the tower A2. In the former half of the adsorption period, the regeneration gas is caused to flow to the heater C only at a predetermined period of time through the valve D, and heated to a temperature more than the adsorption temperature by 10 deg.C or more. Thereafter, the regeneration gas is caused to flow to the tower A2 to apply heat to the adsorbent. After the lapse of a predetermined time, the valve D is switched to bypass the heater C, quantity of heat supplied to the absorbent by the regeneration gas at an ordinary temperature is extruded to the raw material gas flow-in side to cool the adsorbent whose temperature has been raised.</p> |
