A device for mounting and retaining insulation (1) and sealing layer (3) to the outside of a roof and comprising a formstable metal washer (5), which is placed on the outside of the sealing layer and is attached by aid of a connecting means (14), which extends through an opening in the washer, through the sealing layer and the insulation, whereby the metal washer has holes intended as interconnecting members for a covering washer of plastic material, which has stud-formed connecting means which when the covering washer is locked to the metal washer extend through the opening of the metal washer and which covering washer with its periphery projects outside the metal washer and which sealingly engages the sealing layer and is connected to this by means of a chemical bond (11). |
