PURPOSE:To simplify constitution by using a system in which a valve of control portion is opened or closed by one piston means and the piston means is controlled by constant closing type valve operated by a rod connected to the diaphragm of pump-operating portion. CONSTITUTION:The valves 65 and 70 in the control portion 12, through which the vacuum chambers 15 and 19 of the pumping portion 11 are evacuated or released, are controlled by the one piston means 55, and also the vacuum acting on the piston means 55 is controlled by the constant closing type valves 31 and 38 operated by the rod 20 connected to the diaphragms 14 and 17 of the pumping portion 11. Thus, troubles such as the increase of engine load, the weight increase of pump itself, etc., are eliminated and thus constitution can be simplified because the driving mechanism, as used in the conventional vane-type air pump device, in which it is drived by engine through pulley is unnecessary. |
