摘要 PURPOSE:To control the progress of reaction, by a method wherein an initial condensate is flowed into a mixing unit having a turbidity detector at a prescribed flow rate from a reaction vessel through a temperature regulator, meanwhile a temperature-regulated water is flowed at a prescribed flow rate into the mixing unit and cloudiness due to the mixing of the condensate with the water is automatically detected. CONSTITUTION:A pump A comprises an inner cylinder (a) having a suck-up port 1 and a send- out port 2 and a stirrer (b) having a shaft 3 provided with a plurality of projections 4 inside the inner cylinder (a). The openings defined by the inner cylinder (a) and the projections 4 are set at same volume. An initial condensate and water are flowed at prescribed flow rates from a reaction vessel X and a water tank Y into a mixing unit B through a temperature regulator 13 and a pipe 14. The liquids pass through a confluence port 8 from the coupled parts 5, 6, 7 of the communication pipe 14 and a pipe 16 for introducing air from a compressor 15. The liquids then flow through a cylinder (f) having a diffusion port 9 and a confluence port 10. The liquids are introduced to a cylinder (g) having an outlet port 12 equipped with a transparent light type automatic turbidity detector 11. The reaction condensate and the water are stirred and mixed with each other by the compressed air so that the mixture gets cloudy. The turbidity of the cloudy mixture is measured by the detector 11.
