Volatile materials of the fluid flowing down as a membrane phase to the inner wall of Aubular tube are distilled by the use of vapor pressure generated from pressuring part without mechanical works. Vapors from distilling tube which is composed of a distilling and a pressuring part are sprayed to be diffused as a membrane state in inner wall of tube the fluid is flowing down.
