<p>PURPOSE:To accurately fuse-deposit resin inside the concaved pattern by a method wherein the powder resin as the painting material is attached on the pattern projecting nose and the powder resin is deposited in the concave pattern when performing molding. CONSTITUTION:The pattern 5 such as a letter or a symbol is installed on the thermoplasticity material(such as PVC, PE and others). When a painting dye stuff is fuse-deposited in the concaved area, the powder resin as the painting dye stuff, attached to the tip of the projected portion 1 of the mold 2 for molding the concaved pattern 5 is deposited in the concaved pattern 5 of the sheet 4 by heating and applying pressure to obtain the resin 6 in the concaved pattern 5. It is preferable that the powder resin is charged with a polarity and concaved portion of the mold 2 is charged with the opposite polarity, and then, the powder resin is attached thereto static-electrically. Moreover, it is desirable that a tacky adhesive is applied to the tip of the projection 1 of the mold 2 and the powder resin is attached thereto.</p> |
