<p>PURPOSE:To ensure normal operation of a brake system even in the case of failure at one flow way system by a system wherein one control valve and an actuator, and other control valve and an actuator which are independent each other actuate to a master cylinder as respective independent system. CONSTITUTION:On operating normally functioned brake pedal, a spool valve within a control valve 10 is displaced downwards to allow to close sequentially small perforation group port 6b. This causes to increase the hydraulic pressure in a passage 5th so that the piston 24 within the pressure chamber 21g of a power unit 20 and the piston 23 within a housing 21 are pushed, allowing the pushing pressure thereof to actuate the piston 30b of the master cylinder 30 in order to produce a desired braking oil pressure. In this connection, with developing the lack of pressure within the pressure chamber 21g due to malfunction of one flow way system, a valve 4 may be opened by means of the rod 7 by operating the pedal 1, causing the hydraulic oil within the accumulator 26 to deliver to the pressure chamber 24b for braking by passing through the tubes 3f, 3g.</p> |
