PURPOSE:To perform a directional change without requiring the radius of curvature by a method wherein a wheel supporting rotational body is revolvably mounted with the frame of automatic traveling body, allowing the rotational angle of the rotational body to give 90 deg. and above. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 2 is disposed at four corners of an automatic traveling body frame 1, wherewith the rotational axle 4 of the rotational body 3 is revolvably mounted. On the fixed position of the rotational body 3, a driving source 5 is disposed, where the axle 6 rotated by the driving source 5 is disposed at the bottom of the rotational body 3, and a wheel 7 is fixed with the end of the axle 6. A rotation unit 8 is disposed at the top of the rotational axle 4, with actuation of the rotational unit 8 the rotational body 3 is rotated to steer. Hence, the rotational angle of the rotational body 3 allows to give 90 deg. and above. |
