The self-locking eccentric gear forms the reduction gear set between the rotary member mounted on the bearing element (18) mounted on one of the boot parts and the drum set in the bearing element (18). A drive shaft (32) connected to the rotary member is also rotatably mounted in the bearing element while the eccentric pin (34) is set eccentric relative to the axis of the drive shaft (32). An inner wheel (35) with inner wheel gearing (38) is rotatably mounted on the eccentric pin (34) while a bearing element gearing (42) is fixedly mounted on the bearing element (18). The drum (44) itself is connected fixed against rotation to the inner wheel (36).
