The invention relates to a device for attaching a flexible receptacle to a pallet. The device comprises pole-like legs 4, which are fastened in pockets 5 on the receptacle and in the pallet 2. Known devices are complicated and work unsatisfactorily. A simple and reliable construction is obtained if the uppermost layer of planks 10 on the pallet has openings 14, 15 which allow the ends of the legs to be introduced through the layer of planks and the legs 4 have side recesses which allow the legs to be displaced in the lateral direction into a narrow part 15 of the opening. <IMAGE>
