<p>PURPOSE:To enable separate transfer without yielding skew by setting up a corner separator at one corner, a feed roller at the other corner, and a press body which presses the surface of a sheet at the rear of the roller. CONSTITUTION:Since the roller is put on the surface of a sheet due to light weight, it rotates after the sheet is fed. The turning moment M1 occurring at the uppermost sheet S1 is offset by this turning effort and the pressing actuation onto the sheet. Consequently, the rear end of the right edge of the sheet is hard to float and the sheet is conveyed in parallel to the feed direction. The tip of the sheet is smoothly separated by means of the single corner separator 11 using its buckling force. As a result, even when a few errors occur against the sheet width, separate feed is accurately enabled without yielding any skew.</p> |
