PURPOSE:To make it possible to comparatively observe the conditional change of a specimen with change in external events by letting the external events be changed while being synchronized with excitation scanning, and thereby letting measured data obtained with change in the external events be memorized into each memory area by means of time division. CONSTITUTION:Memory areas 2a through 2h by which measured date are to be memorized are selected in advance for a memory means 2 depending on the condition of external events to be observed by means of a memory area selecting means 4. And whenever an exciting line scanning signal is inputted, a drive signal for change in the external events is produced by a drive signal producing means 14 while being synchronized with the scanning signal. This situtation thereby allows the external events to be changed with a constant period maintained while being synchronized with the exciting line scanning. In addition, the memory areas which have already been selected are switched over in order while being synchronized, a write address for each selected memory area is generated from an address generating means 24 while being synchronized with the switch-over of the memory area. This constitution thereby makes it possible to allow each measured data corresponding to change in the external events to be memorized into each memory area by means of time division. |
