A compound of the formula <IMAGE> where X = optionally branched C1- to C6-alkyl, thioalkyl, alkoxy or amino, monoalkylamino, dialkylamino or trimethylammonium and Y = -COO-alkyl or OCO-alkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is converted into an administration form suitable for absorption by cells of the palate. It is preferred to produce a composition whose concentration of active substance results in uptake of 0.01-25 mg of active substance within not more than 5 minutes by the cells of the palate.
