PURPOSE:To obtain the said product by keeping a die in a static and stabilized state by a method wherein grooves are formed on the outer surface of extruded plastic resin by projections fitted on the inner wall of a body of rotation or different fused plastic resin is jetted thereon from the projections. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a pair of bodies of rotation bodies 8, 8a which rotate reversely to each other around a fluidizing guide body 7 and one or more projections 9 are fitted up on the inner wall of these bodies of rotation 8, 8a. Fused plastic resin continues to flow along the fluidizing guide body 7 through a clearance 5 between an outer body 4 and an inner metal body 6. Then, the grooves are formed on the surface by rotating the projection in contact with the outer circumference of the fused plastic resin around the fluidizing body 7 as the central axis. As the fused plastic resin goes staight along the fluidizing guide body 7 and the bodies of rotation 8, 8a reverse to each other, meshing works are formed. In addition, if other fused resin is flown out from the projections 9, meshing works can be formed by the blow out force. |
