PURPOSE:To enable the selection to circular or straight line polarized wave in high speed, by providing the ferrimagnetic substance of a given shape winding a coil outside the waveguide and leaving the magnetization distribution of eight pole magnet in the surface of vertical direction of electromagnetic wave propagation in the ferrimagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The ferrimagnetic substance loading waveguide is formed by loading the ferrimagnetic substance in the waveguide 1. On the other hand, the ferrimagnetic substance yoke 8 of a given shape winding the coil 4 outside the waveguide is provided to leave the magnetization distribution 10 of eight pole magnet in the surface of vertical direction of electromagnetic wave propagation in the ferrimagnetic substance. Thus, without demagnetizing the part in the ferrimagnetic substance, the high speed selection to circular or straight line polarization can be made. |
