The device includes three winding accessories (1, 2 and 3) mounted on a drum (turret) (4) and placed in front of three fixed stations, respectively the reeling station, the binding station (15) and the ejecting station (31). The hose (7) enters a guide element (10) and is reeled onto a winding accessory (1) and then, by rotating the drum (turret) (4), the winding accessory (1) is brought successively to the binding station (15) and to the ejecting station (31). The method, implemented in the hose and cable industry, allows completely automatic operation. <IMAGE>
