<p>PURPOSE:To easily detect an error in an electrode arrangement by constituting electrodes whose pitch is almost equal on an opposed side and whose total arrangement does not have a synmetric axis of rotation, of plural electrodes arranged in a square shape. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes are formed on a substrate in a square shape with electrodes 200-204 opposed to 209-213 and electrodes 205-208 opposed to 214-217 at almost an equal pitch. Under this arrangement, if the electrodes are turned 90 deg., electrodes 204 and 213 have no overlapping corresponding electrodes. Consequently it is possible to easily detect an erroneous arrangement. However, if it is turned further 90 deg., the electrode overlaps completely, disabling detection of erroneous arrangement. Only one lead frame is available which corresponds to an electrode position. Therefore, if the electrode arrangement is redesigned so that the entire arrayed shape may be of such configuration as to have no synmetrical axis of rotation, an error can be easily detected in the arrangement and therefore, erroneous action or breakdown of the apparatus can be prevented.</p> |
