PURPOSE:To increase the frequency characteristics, by coupling each one end of the piezoelectric elements of two sets of flat plate lengthwise to the support member and also coupling another end of at least one element to separate support member. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of piezonelectric elements 1a, 1b of flat plate shape lengthwise are provided in the package 2 parallelly. Further, one end of the element 1a is coupled with the support member 3a, another end of the element 1b is coupled with the support member 3b, and the weight 4b is provided at the center. Thus, the frequency characteristics are increased to make broad the band. |
