PURPOSE:To enable to recognize the state change time accurately, by interrupting the transmission of the present state frame and transmitting the state change frame, when the state change for monitored items is caused in the remote monitor unit. CONSTITUTION:The monitored items are inputted to the terminal 1 as ON OFF data. If no state change in the items is present, the detector 3 is inoperative and the present state is transmitted in cyclic state with the coder 2 and the synchronizing word generator 4 for present state frame. When the state change for the items is detected with the detector 3, the transmission of the present state frame is interrupted and the state change frames are transmitted for a given number of times with the coder 2 and the synchronizing word generator 5 for state change frame. |
