PURPOSE:To simplify lining of the inner surface of a pipe by fastening a liing tube to the pipe with adhesives as the lining tube is inverted being inserted in the pipe by fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION:Shafts 3, 4 are excavated, the exposed pipe 2 is cut partially open, one end 13 of a flexible lining tube 5 on the inside of which low curing speed adhesives are coated is inserted from a reel 8 into the open-cut part through a slit 12 of a breech block 6, the inside of the tube 5 is turned outward and inverted, the end 13 is fastened to the inside of one end of the pipe 2 with high curing speed adhesives 14. Then, the 1st expander 15 is inserted into the tube 5, compressed air is sent through a blower 7 so as to inflate the expander 15 and the end 13 and the inside of the pipe 2 are fastened securely with adhesives. Then, the expander 15 is removed, the cylindrical part 9 of the block 6 and the pipe 2 are joined air-tightly, the compressed air is sent from the flower 7 into the tube 5, the tube 5 is inverted and moves in the pipe 2. The inverted front end part 19 is closed by a binding device 20 and the adhesive are cured. |
