<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the simple distillation of raw spirits while preventing the deterioration of the desirable taste and flavor of the produced low-class distilled spirits, by removing the undesirable components in the raw spirits after distillation by adsorption and filtration. CONSTITUTION:Unrefined ''sake'' is heated in a distillation pot 1, and the evaporated spirit is condensed in a cooling tank 2. The condensed low-class distilled spirits are metered with an alcohol metering box 4, and purified with an adsorption and filtration device 5, in which the undesirable components in the spirits, e.g. furfural, are removed from the spirits without reducing the alcohol content. The degrees of the adsorption and filtration are controlled according to the composition of the distilled spirits. The purified spirits are stored in a tank 3.</p> |
