PURPOSE:To simplify the device, eliminate the interference at the putting in and out of a die and make equipment disposition of piping, etc. easy by providing the two piston rods which are connected by link in a fluid pressure cylinder and constituting an engaging claw engageably with the die by means of link mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:Two piston rods 6, 7 are provided in a fluid cylinder 4 which is fixed to a bed 1. The rod 6 has a forward limit at its bulding part 6a, is mounted with a coil spring 8 in its bottom and constitute a piston 5 penetratably. Both rods 6, 7 are connected to a turnable link 9 and engaging claw 11 by means of pins 10, 12, 13. When pressure liquid fluid is supplied to the cylinder 4 from pipe 14, the rod 6 reaches the upper limit then stops and penetrates through the piston 5, thus only the rod 7 advances. In this way, the engaging claw 11 turns about the pin 13 and presses and fixes a die 3 from above. The releasing is accomplished by operating a changeover valve 16 to supply pressure fluid from pipe 15 and by the operation reverse from the above-mentioned. As a result of this, the clamper device does not interfere with the other device. |
