PURPOSE:To provide a positive molding of cubic irregular body having long legs in particular and some curved surfaces at a part by applying a sufficient resin pressure to a molding surface of the mold by a resilient body and a restriction body. CONSTITUTION:Molding device is constituted of a mold 5 having a molding surface 6 with the same shape as that of a cubic irregular body to be molded, and an injection mold 4 having an injection part 3 for injection molten resin to the molding surface 6. Both the mold 5 and the mold 4 are supported in such a way as they may be moved with each other with the injection port 3 being loacted along the molding surface 6. Resin flow restrictor 8 to be projected inward of the molding surface 6 is arranged at a front part of the moving direction of the injection port 3, and a resilient body 12 is cantilevered at a rearward end of moving direction of the injection port 3. The resilient body 12 is located at a rear end of a moving direction of the mold 5 and along the port of the molding surface 6 for a specified range, a sufficient resin pressure is applied to the molding surface 6 of the mold 5 between the resilient body 12 and the restricting body 8. Therefore, it is possible to make a positive filling of the resin injected from the injection port 3 over the forming surface 6. |
