PURPOSE:To prevent from deformation caused by heating during setting by a method wherein the heat and the air pressures are applied to the plastic surface so as to form an ink picture momentarily on the plastic surface by heat pulse. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting plate B is provided for an ink picture E containing a coloring agent formed on the plastic D so as to shorten the distance d1 between a flush lamp C and an internal wall of the cover A and collect large reflecting heat as possible to give a heat pulse by the flush lamp C positioned within the cover A. The glass transfer temperature of resin workpiece is preferable to have a resin with higher temperature than a normal temperature, for the resin thereof a mixture of dyes and pigment or dyes only is used. The strength of heat pulse of about 16000 Ws, and the duration of 1/50-1/110sec may be adopted. The ink picture can be set momentarily on the plastic surface with heat pulse, which allows to prevent from the deformation caused by heating during setting. |
