PURPOSE:To ensure the operation of the scramble circuit even in case the input signal disappears by applying the artificial timing pulse to the self-synchronous scramble circuit in case no input signal exists. CONSTITUTION:With application of the input signal, the timing wave generated from tuning circuit 1 is applied to self-synchronous scramble circuit 3 via change- over switch 10 as well as via identifier 2 to deliver the scrambled signals. When no input signal exists, circuit 1 generates no timing wave. And thus timing detector circuit 8 detects this and then changes over switch 10. Then the output of artificial timing wave generator circuit 9 is applied to circuit 3 via switch 10. Thus the scramble circuit operates to transmit the repetitive patterns which are decided by the scramble circuit.
