To modify the incident angle of propeller blades (13), the control mechanism (27) operated by a fluid pression presents an annular piston (31) which moves in a cylinder (28) and around a shaft (42). Helicoidal guides (43, 44) are planned between the piston (31) and its shaft (42) and/or the internal wall of the pressure cylinder (28). During the axial motion of the piston (31), these guides impart a rotational motion to the shaft. On that portion of the shaft (42) which emerges from the cylinder (28) a gear pinion is affixed conveying the motion of the piston to each of the swivel pins of the blade. Each swivel pin is doubly affixed by means of the blade and its ends (20) in a section of operating shaft. |
