<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the effective reproduction by making ineffective the reproduction command of 3-fold velocity in case the fact that the recording velocity features the prescribed level is detected by the tape velocity detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic tape 1 is run toward the arrow mark in the fixed velocity via capstan 2 and pinch roller 3. At the same time, the control signal recorded on the track is reproduced through magnetic head 4 along with amplification 5 and also undergoes the waveform shaping to be then supplied to tape velocity detection circuit 6 and mono-multi 7 each. Here circuit 6 gives detection 6 whether the tape recording velocity is the 1st or 2nd velocity. Thus capstan 2 is driven with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd velocity by capstan servo circuit 8 to which the detection signal plus the reproduction order of the 3rd velocity are supplied. In this case, the reproduction command featuring the velocity of 3-fold velocity holding circuit 13 is made ineffective in case circuit 6 detect that the recording velocity is the 2nd velocity. In this way, the highly effective reproduction is ensured.</p> |
